Not only to close the circle of the baking production, but also to establish quality flours for distribution to the ever demanding Kenyan market.

Selian Holdings Company limited uses complete set of milling equipment that comprises de-germing, peeling, cleaning and grits in order to turn maize into flour. Our highly reputed milling machines and processes will deliver world class flour to our clients. We will establish inhouse laboratories to ensure that all the raw materials undergo prior quality assessment before milling commences.
Selian Holdings Company Limited has very specific technology which will include:
- Carefully inspecting and picking the kind of grain to be processed as flour.
- Cleaning of seed through removal of impurities.
- Soaking of seeds in water for outer bran removal.
- Mixing of different grains (Blending) in order to create certain type of flour.
Our company carefully uses different types of equipment in order to achieve the consistency of the flour when used during baking.
